There has been serveral changes to the management staff over the past few months. As a result the place has gone down hill. The pool was recently closed by the Texas Department of Health and the treadmill in the gym does not work. The quality of the tenants has gone down too. People are allowed to leave their beer cans and other trash just laying about on the property on a regular basis without disiplinary action. Also, this is a high crime area. Our car has been broken into, as well as egged, while a friend of ours has had his car broken into and stolen. Also, the property had a broken water main on a Sunday. The tenants were not informed as to what had happend, nore were they given updates as to when the water would be back on again. This place was at one time a nice place to live, but we are now counting down the days until our lease is up to get as far away from here as possible.
