The complex is over 20 years old and looks every day of it. The appliances are in poor working condition, the buildings are in need of painting, the foundations of most of the buildings has shifted a great deal. The management company does not enforce ANY of the posted/stated apartment or TAA rules. The water system is based on the amount of people living in the apartment, NOT the amount of water used. The garbage dumpster people come to pick up the garbage on the average of about 5-6AM any given day of the week. The place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt, period the end. No on-site security. No one to call or respond when an emergency has happened in the complex. The on-call pagers that the "management" has does not ever answer the pagers on the weekend at all.
