I moved to Coppertree because their rent was the lowest in the area. Not true. While others include water and garbage in the rent, here they charge it sepparately so it turns out to be about the same price as other, better kept complexes. The apartments are old and poorly maintained. I spent my time spraying deodorizers trying to get rid of the smells, unsuccessfully. the biggest problem was the management. they were disorganized and completely unprofessional. Word of advice: ask for receipts always and speak directly to the corporate office -if they'll take your call- the people at the office count for nothing.
