great deal!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
The owners operate the complex (no management company) and they take care of it. They are also honest and have lowered my rent since I have been here without any pressure. The apartments are not luxury by any stretch of the imagination, but I doubt I can find a better deal in Austin. The neighbors are even good.
