These are apts. were the cheapest we found on west campus, but i guess you get what you pay for. We had several problems with the management and they were very rude. The manager is a ------! They took forever to fix our maintenance problems but they sure were quick to charge us late fees when we were 2 hours late on our rent payment! By the way, this is the only place I've lived that doesn't have a 3 day grace period for rent. The biggest problems we had were when moving out. They charged us for practically everything leaving little of our security deposit to us. When we tried to dispute the charges we had to come to the office repeatedly sometimes waiting hours before finally talking to somebody, we were completely getting the run around. They promised they had pictures of all the apts;. and pictures of everything that got charged for, but then our pictures happeend to be missing when we demanded to see them.
Also we could rarely swim in the pool due to all the trash in it. And there was constantly trash everywhere.
