i moved out of this place in 1999. it was a blast to live there until marquis management took over. they hired security to break up all parties...they even banned noise after 10pm...it was like living at home. "dragrats" were bathing in our pool regularly. my friend was EVICTED when he confronted the dragrats for stealing his shoes and was then beaten with a bat. he was EVICTED because they would do nothing about it. when my lease was up i moved out without any incident other than they refused to return my deposit. Now, 5 years later they are trying to collect money on falsified "damages" to the apartment that are just NOW being reported. they are trying to charge me $100 to replace ceiling fans...we DIDNT HAVE CEILING FANS. they have trashed my credit and are "blackmailing" me for money that i dont owe to remove this item from my credit report. several of my neighbors successfully went to court with marquis management for charging for services never rendered and holding students hostage by giving poor reports to other landlords unless they were paid off. i warn you now...do not get involved with these people. things have not changed!!!!!
