Avoid this place at all costs ... management company is heartless

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The management company ignored a break-in at our apartment for 7 days, then tried to force us to buy our own replacement glass. They didn't fix the air conditioning for 2 weeks during the summer, then told us we lied about it. The washing machines were rarely functioning, the parking lot was full of broken glass, the dumpster always nasty and overflowing. We paid our rent on time every month, but the management company treated us with no respect, like they could treat us however they wanted because we were lowly students. I would recommend that no one ever do business with Marquis Management.
