Stay away from this place, parking is awful with constant break ins, I was jumped by 2 guys 10 ft away from the apartment entrance, and my bike was stolen from the bike rack inside the apartment complex. Don't let the cameras fool you, I doubt any of them are actually working.

The apartment they show you will definitely not be the one you will be living in. None of the rooms come with light fixtures, and none of the bathrooms come with fans. And the rooms themselves are horribly insulated. I had a leak in our kitchen roof that was coming from the light fixture in the first week I lived here, all the appliances where made in the 70's and should have been replaced 10 years ago.

The apartment is situated across the street from a frat house, so the noise level was always unbearable.

Maintenance, compared to the management and the apartments, where actually surprisingly good, however there is this one handy man who always be giving sleazy looks to the girls who are living here, I would not recommend any females living here.

Don't let the price fool you, keep looking!!!
