Not the best but okay..

Don't expect it to be a four star hotel...
Pros: I hardly had any trouble with the management, they were nice to me..
the rooms are somewhat spacious and the layout is neat for low rent.
the maintenance guys are really good and quick to respond.
Neighbors are friendly and mostly students. Met some great people here.
Utility bills are usually low.
Internet is slow at first but throughout the year it gets faster.
Cons: It gets pretty loud at night, not only on the weekends but on the weekdays too.
It also gets scary at night because some days they dont turn on the outdoor hallway lights, so if you get rob the cameras in the hallways wont see it.
We had a leak from the roof construction but the maintenance people took care of it in no time.
Tow trucks are usually on the prowl, especially around 9 or 11 at night. They will tow if they don't see a parking tag or not presented properly. It sucks.
Laundry is a pain. I have wasted so much money on laundry and especially on the washers and dryers that don't even work.
Sorry I don't trust the pool. Although my roommate said it was fine when she went swimming, I still dont trust it. Doesn't look clean to me.
There are way too many solicitors. Even though there is a gate and you need a key to open it, they can somehow manage to get in.
Its not the worst apartments, but its not the best. Its basically what you get from an apartment with low rent.
