We moved in when the temperatures were around 104. Hot. It was awesome to find that our A/C did not work. We contacted management (by phone) multiple times, but nobody came to fix it. Apparently, at the time, somebody was supposed to be working the afternoons there and the mornings at another property, but she NEVER actually showed up for her afternoon shifts. We made about 10 attempts to get our A/C fixed. We contacted the corporate management, and they assured us that it would be fixed the next day. Nope. We had to stay at a hotel (which we paid for) b/c i was 7 months pregnant and could not live in 105 degrees inside. Our first electricity bill was for 14 days and was $487, simply b/c of the A/C.

So, then we got back from the hotel... to a broken refrigirator, and a flooded home. Apparently, it had rained the night before, and we got about 1 inch of water ALL THROUGH the townhouse. Since we had just moved in and most of our boxes were still on the floor, it ruined almost everything we own. By the way, A/C was still broken. So was one of our windows (by a robber), and our neighbors car had been stolen.

Unlike the other resident with similar complaints, we DID take legal action. And since the law is that management HAS to come out, even at 3a.m. and fix the A/C if it is over 85 degrees, we won. I never ever remember being so miserable in my entire life. Sure, you could say it was b/c i was pregnant and emotional, but my husband even broke down and cried at one point, and that NEVER happens.

I would never ever recommend this place to anybody, not even my worst enemy... or a racoon, or a possum, or a dog....
