The management staff for this property are very incompetent. Good luck getting you deposit back on time. The neighborhood is bad and the maintenance will always rig something up before getting you a new appliance. Also all of the wood on the 1st floor balconies are rotted and the management has not fixed this problem in over 3 years. The hot tub does not work.
