I have lived here from febrary of 05. Unfortunately, I renewed my lease because at the time, that's the only realistic option I had.

Just today, I got a work order turned in to maintainence to have my patry door put back up because it decided to fall for no reason, then on top of that four the fourth time my towl rack has fallen off the wall. They didn't replace it, they messed with the foscits in the bathroom and now there's a leak! There was nothing wrong with them before!! Now I have to have them come back in and hopefully do the thing right. If they know what getting it done right it.

The other big complaint is that the neighborhood is noisy. You have nothing but people cranking home and car stereos up so loud that it rattles the walls. It's even knocked things off my shelves at all hours of the day. When I complain about it to managem3nt, they don't care. They treat you as some whiny psychotic nuscence and I've done nothing to deserve the reputation.

The next complaint is that yes, the exterior wood siding is rotting and falling apart. To be honest, I'm genuinely concernedthat these buildings aren't even up to fire code and heaven forbid if a blaze does break out, the whole building or even complex can become a tenderbox.

Also about the neighborhood, the neighbors that live here are prejidiced against white people and take their racism anxt out on anybody who isn't a part os their clique.

If there is any chance of my finding another place and me being able to get out of my lease without a huge cost, I'd jump at it in a heartbeat. DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! This neighborhood is hell.
