Courtyard Apartments

I want to live here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I never have actually lived here, but my sister does and I visit her quite often and can say that this is a GREAT looking property and her unit looked great from the day she moved in (I waited there in it empty to receive her movers). This property seems to really put time, money, and effort into the whole property and into the actual units. It is an older property, but you can tell that they have put effort into updating the hardware and styling of the units. The pool area is beautiful and all the residents I have ever spoken to love it there--in fact, it seems like their occupancy rate is almost always over 95% and I know that they even had to have a waiting list for people wanting to get in (my sister waited on it)! That says something good about a property when, right now in Austin, most other properties are having a really hard time keeping up occupancies (I know this because I work in the industry-leasing at another property)and this one is having to turn people away because no one moves out very often! I know that the residents there speak very highly of the management and maintainence staff (not just my sister)and it is just a really nice place to live in a great location, in a lovely neighborhood. If I didn't get such a steep discount for living at the property I work at, I would choose to move to the Courtyard! It is definitely worth checking out!
