FREE CABLE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/30/2001 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000   During our lease, management began offering free cable. Sure was nice not to have a bill each month!! Our rent went up slightly at the end of the lease, but still cheaper than paying for cable. No washer dryer connections, but new machines in the laundry room. Friendly manager and maintenance staff. Would recommend to friends.
