Best value for the money! From: mamakat Date posted: 5/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We have rented here for a year, and have no complaints! The price is great for the square footage, and the location is convenient, but not dangerously close to, a number of major Austin thoroughfares. The complex is minutes from good old bubba Austin, and many mom-and-pop businesses -- hardly the strip-mall hell that so much of newly-developed Austin has become. My biggest rave' The management. These girls are on top of their game. They have been friendly, personable, professional, and dependable from the get-go. I've had a few maintenance requests, and they were resolved quickly and correctly. But steer clear if "new and shiny" is your thing. This place is well-worn, but it's got character.
