I called today to find out some information about renting, as we're moving this month. I always give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but the lady that answered the phone named Lydia was extremely rude. I told her my name and that we were going to be moving this month (and the date) and that we wanted to find out if she had any efficiencies or one-bedrooms available for the dates. Her quick, sharp response was "for those dates no." She then hung up the phone.

How's that for customer service' I would NEVER rent from someone that did this. Most apartment complexes at least make you feel welcome before they start treating you like a piece of meat. I guess I can give her credit for being frank.

I gave 3-star ratings on the items I don't know about to be fair.
