I lived here from 1996 - 2002. I finally left in the middle of my lease when water started coming through my ceiling from the faulty roof -- and I was on the GROUND floor. I know they repaired the roofs on all the buildings after I moved out, but if you think they did anything about the mold you're crazy. I also was having trouble with my inconsiderate noisy neighbors. The walls are SO thin, if you're not listening to music or watching TV, you can hear everything that goes on next door and upstairs, from people having sex, to peeing. So forget about trying to sleep, or enjoy a quiet Sunday morning with the paper. I too called security on my neighbors a few times, and finally had to get out of bed at 1am and walk in the rain to go tell my neighbors to please be quiet. I happened to be in the neighborhood a few months ago so I drove through and was horrified -- if you don't think those guys wandering around the parking lot drinking beer aren't selling crack, go ahead and I dare you to live here.
