I wish I would have seen these reviews before I moved in. My neighbors are incredibly noisy. One neighbor sits on my porch with his friends until 2AM, another plays videogames from 4AM til the rest of the day, and the people upstairs pretty much blast music all night. I call security nearly every night. I have never once seen them respond. Management has done nothing. They are unresponsive, rude and unhelpful. It's bad enough that I am getting a lawyer to try to get out of my lease.
The complex is filthy, they have cut off my water 4 different times for plumbing repairs, there are ants everywhere, maintenance refuses to fix anything. The pool is disgusting, and I have never used it. The grounds around my apartment are basically just dead grass and dust, but I still get charged $25/month for my share of the complex water bill. I am so disgusted with myself for signing a one year lease. It's a terrible S-hole. There is dog crap everywhere as well.
The laundry facilities are in another building, and they are situated in such a way that you can't just walk straight from your car, you have to walk down a long walkway. Very inconvenient if cold or rainy.
