I?ve lived here for almost a year without any problems. The staff here has changed a few times, but they always seem to be super nice. I?ve had no major problems with the apartment, but maintanence was quick when needed.



Good: Complex is relatively new, so things are still clean. They have trash pickup outside of each building twice a week so you don?t have to walk to the dumpster. The complex feels pretty safe. Neighbors seem pretty normal. There?s a medium-size field in the middle of the apartments w/ two bbq grills.



Bad: Space isn?t used efficiently, such as cabinets in the kitchen, some closets, closet doors that swing wide so nothing can be placed nearby, etc. Look at the floor plan. No basketball courts, tennis courts, etc. Gates are broken 50% of the time. Dangerous turns in the parking lot. When cars are parked at the turns, it?s hard to see oncoming traffic or people beyond the turn, mostly when some people take those turns quickly. Carefull if you have small children or you?re looking at an apartment at a bend.



Over all, this place wasn?t a bad place to live. No huge surprises, but I guess that?s a good thing.
