I have lived at the Cunningham for over 2 years, and as the previous reviewer stated, you only had to be persistent and most problems were taken care of right away. The staff was very nice and I trusted the maintenance staff to come in while I was away. However, a couple of months ago the apartments were sold to a new company. There were all sorts of problems, including they weren't getting the voicemail messages left for the courtesy officer OR office staff. Noisy neighbors have moved in, and I've complained about them 4 times and they are still playing loud music (on weeknights, no less). Two weeks ago our tire was cut along with about 10 others in the complex, and now there's been a sexual assault somewhere in the complex. The lights in the breezeway, necessary for safety, are not coming on at the proper times. I have asked them to fix this twice, because of the safety concerns. We now have a terrible ant problem, and this NEVER happened before. They are now taking away one of the ammenities, the club room, so people will be forced to have parties in their apartments now instead of getting the room. We are not renewing our lease next year.
