I have been very unsatisfied with this complex. The walls are paper thin, the (new) maintenance takes forever to fix anything and they don't keep up the grounds. For the price that you pay to live at the Cunningham you should just look across the street. It's much nicer and many of my friends live there and have no complaints. I have a garage and people constantly park behind it so I am at their mercy to leave. I can't really blame them there is not enough parking in the front of the complex.
