I have lived at these apartments for almost 2yrs. The place is filled with college kids who really don't care who they keep up at night. They party almost every night of the week and their loud guests meander, drunk through the parking lot screaming and hollering! I have complained many times about this and my own upstairs neighbors. I finally resorted to calling the cops and it got the ball rolling with the office. We never pay our rent late, but I asked what would happen if we did and they told me that I would incur the initial late fee and any day charge after that as well as the concession fee (which is what gives the discount on the rent). I thought that was ridiculous. Most of the staff is genuinely nice, but I have doubts about some of the others. I have to agree with most of the comments on here and say that parking is a nightmare. It's absolutely crazy! It's like you have to be a prisoner in your own apartment because if you find a parking space when you get home, you can't leave because you might have no where to park at all when you get back. They did not plan the parking lot very efficiently. And the people drive through there like maniacs. The driving space in the parking lot is small enough and these people come through like bats out of hell! My lease is up and I am moving to a duplex or house!
