My husband and I moved in 3 months ago from nearby apartment. During that period, the office asked us to come by to sign additional documentation three times. The office staffs are friendly, but unorganized. The same level of profesionalism (or lack of it) can be observed from maintenance technician. My husband had to call office few times to get something fixed in our apartment.

The only cable service available is from SBC DirectTV, including DSL internet service. Having experienced satisfactory and reliable service from cable company, we find that the utilities monopoly by SBC is a nightmare. We wish that as residents we will have options to choose who we wants to get service from.

As other reviewer pointed out, parking is tight.
