We've lived here 6 months now. Reading the reviews made me cautious, but I've found The Cunningham to be a pleasant complex.

Yes, parking is difficult. However, covered spots and garages are very discounted. We can park 2 cars in front of our garage, which is nice for guests. And it's very close to our apartment with storage space.

We have loud children next door, but luckily they go to bed early. The only way I can hear them is if they are playing in the breezeway (which is common). I rarely hear neighbors through the walls/ceilings.

When we moved in, the apartment was so clean and pretty. They painted everything, even the cabinets. People come to visit and remark about how pretty it is. The countertops had small cuts in them, they resurfaced them.

I have not had any maintenance issues. The office staff know me by name when I pick up a package. They are very nice.

Highly recommended.
