I moved into my apartment two months ago and have had nothing but problems. I have lived in several apartments over the last nine years and have only needed to call the mainenence staff at these places a couple of times and only for tiny things. The story is completely different at this place. The rocking toilet leaks all over the floor, pulling up the rotting linoleum. The tub leaks, rotting the bulging baseboard and carpet in my bedroom and bedroom closet. The office seems to be concerned but the maintenece staff just keeps coming out sopping more and more caulk on the toilet and tub. They are also rediculously rude and impatient. I AM NOT A COMPLAINER!!! I haver never had any problems like this before!!!! I am just honestly fed up and tired of calling!
The neighborhood is also not the greatest. One example is the day I moved in two boys who live in the complex tried to rob my moving truck. These apartments are only a few years old but are already falling apart. There are many other things wrong with my apartment, too many to list. I am sure the maintenance staff is just overworked because there are so many complaints, but that doesn't make this place livable. TRUST ME!!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
