These apts. were alright when I moved in in spite of the horrendous parking situation in the front buildings. But of course they dont tell you that when you are looking to move in here.
I wish I would have read these reviews before I moved in. Most of the problems I am having are recent. I have lived here 1 1/2 years. they seem to be letting anybody move in here, young irresponsible kids who leave trash everywhere, loud music, argue and fight all night, drive fast in the parking lot. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Someone is going to get run over. Im sick of people parking in my covered parking space that I pay for.
I have asked the mgmt. to put signs up letting guests know not to park there but....I have asked the mgmt. to put speed bumps but....I have asked the mgmt to do something about these people who make living here miserable but....nothing has been done.

I will not be renewing my lease, Im running far away.
Im sick of being woken up in the middle of the night by inconsiderate people.
