I have lived here for about 2 months now, and i have to admit that i did read this site before i leased. i have had no problems at all, the apartment was so clean when i moved in, and the small office staff sold me at hello and actually smiling with great knowledege about the apartments. yes parking can be tight on the weekends, but you can't control how many visitors people have, and they have discounted rates for covered parking anyways. i have never had a problems with noise or parties, and the pool is very nice to lay out. i recommend this to anyone who enjoys good service, and great space, i mean they actually have storage on the patio--
