I lived here for sometime and had quite a few problems. The main problem was the walls are paper thin. My upstairs neighbors and my next door neighbors could be heard getting it on. Not very appealing unless you are a perve. People ALWAYS parked in my parking spot - which was a garage. I couldn't even leave a few times because people parked behind my car!!! Yeah the managment can't control how dumb some people can be, but a lot of dumb people seem to live here The apartment was big for the money and the attached garage, but hearing every single noise from the adjoining apartments really sucked.

I currently live in the Cunningham and I have to agree with the paper thin walls. I can my neighbor next to me snoring.
