We moved in the in begining of July. After the first few days we noticed that our tub was leaking, they came out right away and fixed it. Then we started to see yellow all alone the foot rails in the bathroom and our bed room. It ended up being mold. We called them out numerous times and they could never figure out what the problem was. First it was the upstairs, then it was our neighbors... but told our neighbors it was our apartment leaking. It took them a month and a half to even start to fix the probem. We were unable to use our closet for a few weeks, our clothes smelled and things were ruined from the mold. They came out painted over some of the mold, but still took them weeks to get the dry wall out. It finally got fixed this week. After complaining and complaining to the property manager the best she would do was take off $100 off our rent. Which isnt much since we are paying so much already for a moldy apartment. Regional wasnt very helpful either. We finally decided to break out lease and luckily they let us out with out charging us. We still have to give a 60 day notice which is rediculous...
Horrible place to live. Maintenance is clueless. The office ladies are very rude.

I had the EXACT same problem, that's why I moved. These apartments are VERY poorly constructed!
