This is an expensive ghetto place to live in. The office staff doesnt know how to do anything and you have to try to speak with Kelly the manager to get anything done, and she is rarely available. Its always loud here and the grounds are disgusting. Even though the two guys who clean the grounds once a week, its not enough for the type of trashy people who live here. (poor guys) My water bill this month was $72. Are you serious' I wouldnt pay that much if I owned a house. Theres a gate but no gate clickers... Good luck getting ahold of the people in the office, they dont really answer the phone. Steps in hallways get broken so be careful if you live on the 2nd or 3rd story one might break on you. The people above me have 5 people living in the one bedroom apartment, they have two people living in the dining room area and two in the bedroom and i believe a little kid who jumps around every morning to wake us up and seems like they drop dumb bells on the floor every hour which is actually making the painted dry wall fall off the walls (crazy I know).. so if you have someone above you, its likely to be very loud. Spoken to everyone in the office about it and there is nothing they can do they said. I thought this place seemed nice... it was a good location... I rather pay a few more dollars to live across the street at the Crossing... Thank god I am getting out of here next month... it has been nothing but a horrible experience here. Good luck to you if you happen to move in here, it will be the longest year of your life.
