We paid the market rent because we got the first 2 months free - we got the 2 bedroom 2 bath larger unit. The rent we paid was 1,040. Unit was big... but the walls are paper thin. You can hear everyone coming up and down the stairs and also in the master bedroom you could hear the people walking upstairs. It is pretty normal I guess for apartments.....

After moving out we got a pretty large bill for cleaning fees. They are VERY detailed so I would make sure that you have everything cleaned or you will also get a bill. It seems like they were just checking stuff off to check it off. Some of the charges were for like the bathroom and microwave oven not being clean. We bleached the bathrooms and cleaned everything and also cleaned out the microwave spotless. We vacuumed three times and we still got charged for not vacuuming.

Parking is not bad if you pay for the assigned parking spot. Sometimes they get full at night and you have to park pretty far.

Utilities ranged from 80 (winter) to 220 (summer). In the summer the master bedroom seemed warmer than the other part of the apartment for whatever reason. Water/Trash bill is pretty insane at 50-60 dollars a month.

Maintenance was good... apartment was just so so...management was ok also.

Carpet is VERY cheap carpet....
