Whoever wrote the previous review must work for the apartments. In no way are these buildings sound proof, i hear constant noise from upstairs after multiple complaints. It sounds like i live under a bowling alley or the residents are moving on a daily basis. When signing lease we were informed we could use our own grill. it was left out one night to cool off obviously and the next day before we brought it in the took it. When i called to ask them if they had it, the manager informed me that they took it and may have trashed it. Although it turned out they did not, we felt like they insinuated trashing it to be hateful when we went to retrieve it. They have no right to trash our property regardless we are paying customers. Personal property of ours has been stolen off our porch and property has been destroyed by unsupervised children running amuck. Maintentence is average althought there are still same issues since we first moved here. i recomend not wasting your money here. Our lease is up in 60 days and we are so happy to be getting out of here.

in the state of texas grills are not allowed on patio's, or i think within ten or fifteen feet of a building. so you must have been misinformed when you moved in. if you have an electric grill however, those are acceptable.
