These apartments look amazing from the outside, but on the inside the apartments needed maintenance bad. When my roommate and I first moved in we loved the apartments. Then the bathroom floors started peeling off, the garbage disposal broke and the so called cable they tack on the rent after signing the lease didn't work for the first two weeks. If knowing all of this before time then yes these apartments are good. We did have some parties and the family next door never complained. My garage was close (a building over) compared to where you had to park without one (4 buildings away). Water was good and electricity for my 2/2 was moderate. This is a very pet friendly community.
