The construction is horrible. Doors didn't close, walls were leaning, floors pealed up. I also question if there was any insulation used in the building of this apt. The master bedroom was on average 10 deg higher than any other room in the summer and in the winter I froze. My electricity bill at its lowest was $130 and highest was $240 for a 2 bedroom. The people upstairs sounded like a heard of goats and at first I blamed them but then come to realized it was the fact the place was built like crap. The office staff was pretty much worthless. I would ask them to fix anything and it would take days that is if it was even done. I had some issues that were not resolved during the 13 months I lived there.
