the model apartment is really nice but apart from that i urge you to look elsewhere ...i can run my a/c all day and never get it below 90 i can go outside and be cooler than inside the apt, the electric bill is always in the $150 range with no a/c and upto $300 per month with a/c and its only a 1 bedroom aptment ..the people that do the landscaping do not care about your vehical in the parking lot and blow dust grass and small rocks all over your car and have no consideration for your property ...ive now had 3 diffrent occations where my my vehical has been damaged ..in 2 years ive been here there has been tire slashings and there has been vehicals broken into secuirty here is very poor and the code for the gate isnt rocket science also we get alot of bugs espeically fruit flys we clean and clean and they still get in we have to leave the porch door open all the time while were here because its too hot ...most of the office staff are nice diffrent people will say diffrent things about them ..by far peggy is the nicest and will help you in any way so if you are going to rent here speak to her she knows what shes doing ....either that or find another aptment complex nearby by there are plenty in the wells branch area ...also dont rent washer and driers with azuma ...we went through 5 washers in a year that would tear up clothes and smell funny for the price of renting you can buy the same units and pay them off in 12 months

I agree with this resident. We've lived in these apartments for 4 years and time after time we've been failed.. maintenance, security, no parking, extremely high utility bills. The highest we've had was $325 but it averages around $250 per month. That is outrageous!!! They advertise a gated community, but the gates are left half open for anyone to enter the premises, and the gate code is written by the entrance. The management team has been very rude when addressing these issues. The maintenance guys are awesome and get their work done right. AC runs all day long and the temp in the house would still be about 80 deg. We've had cold air leak through the window sealings multiple times, but everytime they come they do something but the problem persists. Overall this place would be rated at a 4 out of 10. I've heard of recent tire slashings, theft etc.
