Let me put it this way. I've lived here less than two months, and I already have all the documentation I need to break my lease - which I WILL be doing.

When we were shown the apartment, we noticed water damage on some of the windows. We were told this would be fixed before we moved in. A week after move in, a storm came in, and our apartment had water all over the place from two of the windows. Nothing was done, and we put in a written notice.

Two weeks later, it rained again, and this time WATER SOAKED THE CARPET AND OUR BED.Not only that, but water literally pours FROM THE WALLS THEMSELVES when it rains. We're losing a ton of floor space because we can't put anything near the walls. Another written notice was issued. As of today (three weeks later) It is still not fixed. Water has sunk deeply into the carpets, and I am pretty sure we'll be seeing mold soon.

The last straw - yesterday, someone took something heavy to my car. The back window is completely smashed in. It's evidently deliberate. The police officer also told us he's been there quite often for burgled cars and slashed tires. This is a common occurrence.

I would absolutely not recommend that anyone move here for any reason.

Yup! Sounds like the Cunningham Apartments! When I used to live there, my boyfriend was coming up the stairs and the stair broke and my boyfriend twisted his ankle! We called the 24 hr emergency line and the lady said she will leave a message for the manager (who never called) and then she hung up on us. When we called back, she just picked up the phone and hung up! We even went as far as to write to the owners of the property about the horrible management multiple times and got no response. I would not recomend this property to anyone and I let everyone know not to move here when they are looking in this area!!
