Me and my roommate found these apartments last year. They are so pretty on the outside and the inside is really big! Garden tubs, nice walk-in closets, gorgeous crown molding in the living room, spacious kitchen, huge porch!! Plus a little desk/office area which is super nice to have! It was the nicest apartment we have lived in and for the price you cant beat it! We never had problems with our Cable, which was included. The only thing we ever complained about was the water company they use. It was always too expensive it seemed. And also...It is true that Kelly is the only one we ever wanted to talk to...she was the only one who seemed to know what she was talking about...and she is not there a lot of the time.
But we are both really sad to be leaving...the only reason we are is because we need to be closer to downtown for work/school.

I would recommend anyone to live here...maybe even in our old apartment if your lucky' 1411'' It has a good energy! Lots of Natural Sunlight and just an adorable and homey apartment!

THE PORCHES ARE SMALL, THE TUBS ARE NOT GARDEN TUBS THEY LOOK LIKE GARDEN TUBS BUT THEY ARE REALLY SMALL VERSIONS YOU GET IN THEM AND THE WATER IS NOT HIGH AT ALL. THEY ARE PLASTIC AND ALL YELLOWED. MY DRAIN LINES IN MY SINK OVERFLOWS ARE NOT CONNECTED TO ANYTHING. JUST GOES DOWN INTO THE CABINET. SAME WITH THE BATHTUB. MY WINDOWS LEAK. THE BBQ GRILLS ARE FALLING APART. ONE FELL OFF AND HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED. THE OTHER ONE HAS HOLES. SOMEONE PUT DOWN TIN FOIL INSIDE IT SO WE CAN ALL USE IT. IT IS TIED ONTO THE POLE WITH WIRE OR IT WOULD JUST FALL OFF. IT WILL FALL OFF SOON AND PROBABLY SET THE YARD ON FIRE.

Who wants to bet an employee wrote this? What apartment owner seriously cares about crown molding (especially if it's as dingy as ours is). The "included" cable doesn't work half the time - our free HBO channels only ever have about a 50/50 shot of working at any given time. We download True Blood because of it. Ditto on the barbeque grills. What a joke. Don't get me started on the tubs. I'm well below average height, and the tub is barely deep enough to cover me when I'm laying down in it. The price isn't even that great, for living out in the burbs. Better luck moving your empty apartment next time, office guys!
