When I write this review, I try to be fair and fully understanding that this is an apartment and not a house. However, living here the last 5 yrs, I've experienced more than at any place I lived.

- No parking! There is literally 3 parking spots in front of the building. We end up parking outside the main gates nxt to the business offices. IF you have your car parked there during business hours, you get written up for it.

- So in order to get back to my apartment I have to go through one of the small gates and pass another building (through the lawn)

- Electricity averages around $250/ month which is outrageous!! We've had air leaks in and out during summer and winter season. The maintenance crew is great and have been good at getting things fixed on time.

- We've been wanting to get out of this place for a while but contracts tied us in. They're practically begging us not to leave. It's atleast once a week that I see a moving company helping ppl move out.

- The business staff is not too friendly unless you're approaching the end of your lease and they're the nicest ppl ever. Once you're in, and need help, it's basically whenever it's convenient for them.

I realize that there are other places that offer more service and standard of living for a better price and people that treat you well. It all comes down to service, and I think of that as a main reason for me moving out soon.

That is exactly right. Nobody seems to have an idea of what customer service is there at all. I am extremly happy I moved in to a new townhome in Pflugerville at the same price I was paying for rent and electricity at the Cunningham!
