When we moved in it was because the special was awesome and it was a new property. However after moving in we noticed several issues that made us wish we had not chose this place to reside. Most disturbing is the fact we hear our neighbors every move. We even hear them have sex. The walls are so thin and who would have the bright idea of placing bedrooms beside each other. Not only do we hear our neighbors but several residents and staff employees have mentioned they to hear their neighbors as well.
Maintenance is rude and slow. The office will promise you one thing just to get you moved in and never follow through with it. For the amount of money that we pay we should of bought a house. Nothing is more disturbing then laying in your bed hearing the loud noise from your neighbors for hours!!!
Parking is ok. Noise level is awful.Grounds are nice, we have access gates that have never worked!!Property is well lit.Construction is poor, very cheaply built.If you go off looks alone it is perfect but if you care about the money you spend don't make the same mistake we did.
