It's not as bad as people on here say.

The comments people make about the apartments and the staff is not entirely correct, and pretty much just rude and inconsiderate. The apartments have been open for a year and with any new apartments are going to have a few problems. I ve lived here for a long time and I like the apartments. The construction isn t the greatest, but it s not that bad. The gates, which were open for a long time, now close sometimes. Everyone had to pay a deposit for them and never used them. Everyone -------, but it s just a deposit, you'll get your money back (probably). Stuff breaks, get over it. The staff tries to resolve all the problems as quickly as possible. We had a problem with the shower and they came that very day to fix it. The people that live there are very nice people (except maybe the person who calls the staff whores). The walls aren't the thickest, but you don't hear that much through them. When designing a new apartment the walls have to have a certain STC level between the apartment walls to keep noise down. And for the person who said who had the bright idea of placing the bedrooms together - do you think it would have been a good idea to place the bedroom by the kitchen, living room, laundry room, shower - do you want them to put the bedrooms on the outside and have a bunch of windows into the bedroom and have the living room closed off, come on. One of the more bogus parts was the $50 off rent thing, basically the fliers just needed to clarify better that it was a contest. If people are worried about security, we re not exactly in the worst part of town. Yeah, pretty ghetto where we re at. Overall, it s a pretty descent place to live at, it s not the cheapest, but it s not that bad at all. I ve enjoyed living here for the past year or so.
