Dakota Springs Apartments

Being towed while visiting!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   These apartments are so ridiculous!! And I only hope that people read these reveiws before they decide to move here. DON'T MOVE HERE!!! Never in my life have I lived in an apartment complex that doesn't have visitor parking except for in L.A. but thats to be expected. I just saw the tow truck driver drive off with yet another car and there is more then enough parking right now at 10:30pm. This is exactly how they did it....I live on the Southside by the office. The tow truck driver pulled into the Apple Leasing parking lot next door. Parked the tow truck....then two men walked over with flash lights in hand looking for a car with no parking permit. They found one....went back over to get the tow truck....drove over to our complex and hooked up the car and took off. And how I know all of this is because I was walking my dog while all of it went down. Anyone who can pass along a message not to live here please do! Oh and we were just provided a letter regarding the parking situation...... "As much as we wish there were,unfortunately there simply aren't any parking spaces to be provided for visitors at this time. We literally have a lease holder for every open parking space". What kind of BS is that! There's about 20 empty spaces tonight if not more...............
