I've lived here since half of the complex was still under construction, and I have had a great experience here.
Management/staff is professional, responsive and helpful for the most part, and I've never had issues with maintenance (always taken care of the next day). Clubhouse is nice - the workout room has good equipment with TVs and also has an indoor basketball court. I feel that the rent for my 1-bedroom is fair considering the size and location. It's a nice and unique-looking complex from the outside, and the grounds are simple but well kept. Management installed trash cans w/small bags and make it primarily the dog owner's responsibility to pick up the mess... since then it's been much safer to walk in the grass.
Location is good for shopping and restaurants, and there is quick access to 183, Parmer, and 620 from here. The parking situation used to be terrible, but it's getting better. There is designated guest parking now, though you need a permit for a 24-hr pass. Parking violators are ticketed or notified (though I think someone has to complain before this happens). I finally got a garage after being on a waiting list, but I'm not sure it's worth it. Lighting in the parking lot is OK, but I do feel safe walking around at night.
The apartment itself is spacious enough and there a lot of floorplans to choose from. The interior is well-designed and attractive. Has a washer and dryer in unit, and all of the appliances, etc, have worked fine.
Overall, the main issues with this property were eventually addressed by management so I would recommend living here if the location is convenient for you.
