I have lived at Dakota Springs for a year and I like it. I got a first floor apartment and I have a dog and my patio is open so I can just walk my dog out to the courtyard and there is a poo station and everything. I also get AT&T U-Verse here which is not offered in most of Austin and it's AWESOME! I was really happy when the leasing agent told me that I get a washer and dryer and an intrusion alarm for free in my apartment (I was expecting to pay extra for these things). The Office Staff is really cool. Yeah, sometimes my girlfriend has a hard time finding a place to park, but when that happens I follow her to the closest available spot and she rides back to my apartment with me. Every apartment I have lived at has guest parking issues like this and I have learned to live with it. I am just happy I have a place to park when I come home from work every day.
