Don't live here. Houses are very very very old and have never really been fixed up or maintained. Management sucks. People walk through the yards, lots of foot traffic everywhere, cars drive by constently blaring their loud rap music. People in the area are not very friendly or welcoming. They say they take care and cut the front and backyards... well, they have a very unsteady schedule. Sometimes they don't show up for a week or 2 and if you have pets they'll be walking around all day in 6 inch grass. The street where all the houses are located has a lot of shady people. There's a pregnant girl about 20 years old which is smoking her cigerettes out in the front yard every day I drive by. She's been pregnant for about 7 months now and I have yet to pass her house and not see her out smoking. Lots of under-age drinking/parties go on here too. Very loud. If you have more then 2 cars or a large car good luck getting parking on the driveway. Everything is very small. The yards are small. The house in itself are small. I guess if you're single, have no pets, have no issues with shady people, and don't care that your house may or may not be taken care of by the property managers you can come live here. If you're looking for a respectable place to live though, you're a billion times better off finding somewhere else. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
