Nice, but way overpriced

These apartments are great - in a safe neighborhood, relatively quiet, but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! However, the staff is very nice, maintenance has always fixed things in a timely manner (and fixed it right), and the buildings are kept clean. If you live near the front of the complex, it's impossible to find parking after 9 pm without having to walk halfway across the complex. I really, really like this community, I feel safe living here, but I'm paying way too much. The same apartment (same floorplans, same company, just different location) is much cheaper up north.
