There is absolutely no available parking for residents. The guests take up all the parking spaces forcing residents who pay high rent to park several buildings away from theirs or take the chance of parking in handicap spaces. Word to the wise, don't do this unless you want to pay a $140 towing fee. Wreckers come in to the complex and tow the cars at will. My advise to management is to assign all residents their own parking spaces and have a designated area for guests. Each resident should be issued a parking sticker and a corresponding parking space number. If your sticker doesn't match the spot--then you should be towed. This situation is absolutely rediculous!!!
