We definitely will NOT be renewing our lease and have actually known three other couples looking for an apartment and advised them to go elsewhere! Problems are completely ignored by management if you are a new resident...Extremely noisy; These must have been poorly built, because the floor creeks so loudly we are actually embarrassed to have company over! Office absolutely refuses to address problems with abusively noisy neighbors, even when police have been called! Definitely do not recommend! There is a very nice complex next to Deerfield that I have friends who live in and they are very happy; we are looking to move there as well!
