I lived at Deerfield since August 2003 and just renewed my lease. After looking around the area for a better deal, I stayed at Deerfield for a number of reasons important to me. The apartment complex is one of the nicest in Southwest Austin. I have not found a nicer pool area where I can relax and feel comfortable laying out. The fitness center has everything I need for a good workout and they also have an indoor basketball court. I transferred into another apartment and they gave me a free accent wall as an incentive to stay. The rent rates are very reasonable for a luxury apartment and so staying saved me lots of money. The staff seems to be busy all the time, but with as many customers as they take care of each day, it's understandable. They always seem to have a smile and try their best to help when I have questions about things. I like the fact that I can always see at least one of the maintenence guys out in the apartment complex...that makes me feel good to know they are around if I need them. Most of all, it is very quiet here and I enjoy the few neighbors I've met over the months. Their Saturday brunch is top-notch and I meet many new people over breakfast. Great way to make new friends. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to live in the Southwestern Austin area. I like it here very much and plan to make it my home for a very long time.
