I just moved in about a month ago, and so far it's been good. When I moved in, they were nice and even had a house warming gift ready for you which was pleasant and unexpected. Move in day was one of the best so far. I had a one or two things that needed to be fixed, and they came in the next day and it was all taken care of. The apartments are fairly new with nice floorplans. The fireplace and kitchen are my favorites. They even have curbside trash pick up twice a week. Management has not been bad - they are alway pleasant to me so perhaps they are getting better.

Now my three complaints: Parking - if you can, get a reserved spot (I have one). Parking is sparse and they ask overnight guests to park outside or they could be towed. Animals - I do not have any pets but the residents that do, usually do not pick up after their pets eventhough there are pet stations nearby. So beware when treking across the grass.

Also, my cell phone signal stinks in my apartment. I have cingular and my friend has sprint and we cannot get a good signal in the apartment. I doubt its my phone service because once I leave the complex, it's fine. I live on the third floor and even when I walk out on my balcony it doesnt work well. It's just a bit frustrating. Not sure if it's apartment related or not, but just thought I would let ya'll know in case you rely only on your cell as your main line. So if you do a walkthrough, check out your signal strength (wish I had)

I will probably let you know how things go down the road. After three weeks of apartment hunting, this was one of the nicest places with decent floorplans and prices for what you get. I will recommend this place, but it could change in a few months I will let ya know.

I'm back for an update. It's been six months and I am still mostly happy with my apartment. I really don't have any noisy neighbors (thank god) and everyone seems friendly enough. I guess I just got lucky *knock on wood* after reading all the negative responses about neighbors. Parking is not bad for me because I was able to get a covered reserved spot but I have to agree that making my parents, friends park outside the gates after 7pm so they won't get towed sucks. This place definitely needs more parking spots to accommadate all the tenants. Management has always been polite to me and haven't had a problem - yet. My one complaint, maintentance has come to "fix" my bedroom fan twice and it still squeaks and drives me up the wall. I will probably go talk to the manager to get it straightened out because I can't stand it. Other then that, I keep to myself and my neighbors do the same. No weird animals or insects (crickets, scorpians, ants) to report at my place. I still enjoy living here and if it stays this way, then I will probably happily renew for another year because I hate moving. My suggestion to future renters: Live on the 3rd floor (reduces noise bc no one upstairs), get reserved parking, and try to meet your neighbors before you move in. Hope this helps!
