Worst Staff Ever

The office staff is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and fake. I'm not sure where the owners found these people...but maybe they were willing to work for cheap' I'd assume so. There is never anywhere to park, if you come home past 6 pm any night of the week...good luck finding a spot. The cheap rent has brought in really low quality people (higher quality than the staff of course) and it's turned sort of ghetto. When we moved in the application said they do not rent to "felons" and people with "drug related charges." I am assuming that has changed because I know of two seperate residents both convicted of the above. There's always notes on the door about "preventing your car from being broken into," so I'm assuming that happens quite often. (Hasn't happened to me, knock on wood.) The apartments themselves have potential, despite the poorly engineered walls and cheap carpet. The grounds are well-kept, but you have to wear a super hot bright orange "wrist band" to use the aminities.
Bascially, don't waste your time here. You won't like it.
P.S. - They have their own residents towed.

Do you really live hear. Because the wrist bands arent orange they are green. You must be the one with the drug related charges, you cant keep your colors straight

It's here not "hear", and yes, I have lived here for the past 2 years. I would move, but I like it when they beg me to re-lease each time our lease ends. A year ago the bands were orange, neighbor. I suggest you work on your grammar/spelling and stop worrying about resident ammenity color codes.

If you don't like it then move. Apparently you have put up with it for two years so what are you complaining about. There are plenty of other over priced apt complexes in Austin that I am sure wouldn't mind taking your money.

Maybe because of a little something called a "lease." It's not complaining txchristina43, it's "reviewing." Hence the purpose of this site.

from what baggins84 said, he re-leases despite his complaints. If he didn't want to be here, then he should move when his lease is up. He was "reviewing" someone's grammer, not the apartment. I personally haven't had a problem with this apartment (so far). Sometimes you just end up with bad neighbors. What can you do other the pray your neighbors are cool? That's what comes with living in ANY apartment complex. You just hope for the best. If I had a problem with my current management/neighbors/crime/etc, I do not hesitate moving when my lease is up. I have yet to find the perfect place to live but for now, this will do until I find something better. My impressions: Management is okay, parking is a pain sometimes, and people do not pick up after their pets --- Julie
